Bright apartment composed of two double bedrooms and a bathroom, located in a modern building, just few minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced.
The flat is located on a fifth floor, easily accessible with the lift entering from the main common terrace (with wide view all over Málaga). From the terrace there a few stairs to take to reach the penthouse.
Really close to the historical centre, 3 minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced, 10 minutes walking from Calle Larios; supermarkets and restaurants all around the area. It is perfect for families or small groups. The area is calm.
- Living room: the living/dining room is wide and bright with a direct access to the terrace. There is a 3 seats sofa and a TV. It has a split air conditioning (working also as a heater).
- Bedroom 1: It is equipped with a big double bed of 150cm and a ceiling fan.
- Bedroom 2: It disposes of two single beds (that you can unify to make a big bed), and ceiling fan.
- Outsider bathroom: complete 3 pieces bathroom with shower.
- Kitchen: fully equipped with domestic appliances and all the amenities with American bar.
- Our guests have full access to the two common terraces in the top of the building, shared with the rest of tenants, a part from their own big private terrace.
- There is not any washing machine in the flat, but we dispose of a common coins laundry in the building.
- There is availability of parking spots in the same building, for an extra cost of 15€ per night, but THEY MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.
- Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge of 10€ per stay and per pet.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
- Check in is automatic, you will find the keys in a lockbox. TIME: From 3pm.
- Our staff will ask you your ID documents/passports and will send the information about the automated access a few days before the entrance.
- Check out is automatic too, you must leave ALL the keys inside the flat on top of the table before leaving the flat. TIME: until 11am.
- Please, take care of the flat. You must leave it in the same conditions as you found it.
- To preserve the climate, please be careful with turning on/off the light, AC and/or heating when you are not in the flat.
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the common zones of the building, except in the terraces.
- Parties are not allowed, events or loud noises. Please, respect the common zones in the building and the resting times of the neighbourhood between 10pm – 9m. Take care and respect the silence and remember to keep the main entrance door closed all the times.
- People not registered in the booking cannot be hosted.
Our guests can contact us anytime, we will try to satisfy their requests the best as we can: touristic information, where to go, where to eat, if they have any issue in the flat, etc…
